Dear All,

Thank you for many texts, FB messages and emails expressing your care and offers to help.  As you can imagine, we are broken, lost, struggling to breathe.  We want so much for Alysha to come home and Noelle too.

Just to let you know a few things - Alysha and Noelle do not have their phones.  We have their phones but can't get into them due to pass codes on the phones.  We have accessed Alysha's facebook and email.  There aren't any clues there so far.

We have also accessed Alysha and Noelle's bank accounts.  Alysha pulled out $500 at around 11:15 a.m. on Tuesday August 2 in Castle Rock.  We are hoping that she will make further withdrawals which will give us some clues.

Alysha left a note saying that she would leave our 1999  black Honda Accord license plate QMJ657 (big dent in back right bumper and string hanging from trunk) at Greyhound in Denver.  We don't know if this means they were planning to go somewhere on Greyhound.  We've called Greyhound stations, but no info.  My parents looked in the Greyhound lot in Denver, but didn't find our car.  They are also going to look in the Greyhound lot in Colorado Springs.

We also heard from a neighbor that possibly Alysha and Noelle were seen getting into an older Honda Accord that was silver or grey around 1 p.m. on Tuesday.  We have no idea where our black car is - possibly they are in it.  The police have been notified and told us that they are looking for the car.

We need help.  This is so far beyond us and it is hard to even think right now.  These are some things we can think of that we need help with.  Of course, if you have other ideas, that's great too.  We really need help organizing things and figuring out best ways forward.  We welcome input.
  • Setting up prayer vigils for the girls - at Faith E Free (our church), any other places
  • hiring a private investigator - any recommendations?
  • networks for runaways - for the runaways themselves or for people trying to find them
  • anyone who can help us break into Alysha's phone and Noelle's phone - getting past passcodes.  Tmobile told me on the phone that they can't do that.  We're going to take the phone into a store.
  • how to find a girl named Maddy (spelling?) who lives in Parker or Elizabeth and has about 10 horses (recently bought some at Amish Auction) who may have some information that will help
  • someone who could take Alysha's rats and care for them - we'll provide all the supplies
  • sharing of our Facebook post with Alysha's picture and we'll put up one of Noelle too.  Can someone work on that?
  • sharing a poster that we hope to get made soon in as many networks as possible - truckers, hanging them in bus stations, anywhere, sending by email
Please pass this on to anyone and everyone for prayer and help. We will add a poster soon with pics and info that we would appreciate if you send to anyone you can.

Thank you so much.  We are clinging to Jesus.  Believing He is with the girls and will bring them safely home.  Please forgive us if we don't respond to all texts, emails, FB messages.  We are overwhelmed, but do appreciate all the support and suggestions.

Jennifer and Scott Tibbetts

P.S. Scott's prayer has been, "Lord, wake up Alysha with such an overwhelming thought: 'I want to go home'. "

    1. I don't know if they have pursued that yet. If you have suggestions for one, please let us know.

  2. Have you considered reaching out to the media to get more exposure? If Alysha were to see it she may reconsider.
